MONOTYPE SERIES I

In this project, subjects of mental illness, dark memories, traumatic experiences and vulnerability were investigated through the painterly print of monotype printmaking. In between the portraits and figurative pieces are colour field monotypes that function as a kind of meditative breathing pauses between the emotionally expressive portraits.
